This man had a really troubled life, suffering from depressions & Insomnia which strongly reflects in the lyrics and his music. Although he failed to find a wide audience during his lifetime, Drake‘s work has gradually achieved wider notice and recognition. He now ranks among the most influential English singer-songwriters of the last 50 years. Nick Drake unfortunately died way too young of a overdose of drugs (26years) in 1974. I am sure that Jose Gonzales, another favourite of mine, has been inspired alot by Mr Drake…….

Super producer Danger Mouse (Gnarlz Barkley & Beck) & Sparklehorse teamed up with the great film maker David Lynch and made 3 fantastic tracks together . Danger Mouse is currently producing U2, David Lynch just released a 3 track Ep, and Sparklehorse unfortunately commited suicide last year.
